Realcomp is planning to upgrade its systems (i.e. Realcomp Online,
Listing Load, MoveInMichigan.com, etc.) next week (wk of 7/28) with
many system improvements. As a part of numerous enhancements,
Realcomp plans to add two (2) new MANDATORY fields:
1) “OWNERSHIP” to enable you to indicate "Private-owned", "Bankowned",
"Government-owned" or "Other/See Remarks" on all listings;
and
2) “IS THIS A SHORT SALE (Y/N)?” to enable you to indicate this
condition as well.
These new fields will be added to the Listing Load module, search
modules, and flyers in Realcomp Online® and will allow you to accurately
convey the Ownership and Short Sale statuses throughout the lifetime of
your listings. The fields should also help MLS Subscribers to know when
a listing might be a foreclosure or short sale prior to showing the property
or making an offer and enable you to include or exclude these listings
from your search results more accurately.
SINCE these new fields will be MANDATORY FIELDS, you will not be
able to bypass them when entering a new listing.

Now. If they would just fix their history search...

Now. If they would just fix their history search...

Tell me about it!
Hopefully it will be able to pull up in any format we want too-not just the two page format! Why did they ever change it to begin with???
