I don't believe you needed to apologize. If just 50% of the people who post on this(and other forums) would ACTUALLY READ the 4150.2 handbook it would eliminate most of the questions that get asked over and over again. Not that asking questions is a bad thing but hey, an appraiser on the national register of FHA approved appraisers is supposed to be an authority on the subject. How in the world can you converse with a DEU if you haven't a clue yourself?

No insult intended to anyone, just getting back in the mode after being away from the forum for about a month. Had other concerns, such as a positive test for the big C. However, biopsy gave an all clear so I am now ready to rant and rave again. (Now, if I can just figure out this new format, icons, etc).
