Why not condition it on having asphalt laid along with your guard-rail. Maybe it needs to be widened as well. I know...why not just built an expansion bridge. To offset the cost involved, the owner can sell advertising space on the billboards he is putiing up...

Any back county red neck would not worry about the road. Just a good old four wheel drive, atv or hummer would do the trick any time.

A good point. If Bill Robinson is the buyer it won't be an issue. If the buyers are back east yupsters, you might want to suggest they bundle a helicopter into the deal under personal property. Problem solved.
