Using ACI Ver 8.2 on Win XP,

Crashed while in WinSketch, not sure why? (ACI then decided my reports did not exist any more  )

Anyone else notice this behavior ??

(Luckily I was able to restore from the *.ABK files) :)

(half day...I am going to sleep!)

Have had the same problem. My reports get corrupted however and cannot be retrieved. No backup available or gets lost. Its' happened about five times in the past month. ACI techs were no help.

Me, too. I was converting file from MCS to ACI and then it was gone......from both programs. Corrupted, it said, even the backup.

Just another day with magnificent technology. It can happen anywhere!
