Ross Kay's comments regarding why he doesn't want our "opinion" or "estimate" but rather he wants to understand what the market is actually doing make sense. He feels that the future of appraisers will be as an advocate FOR the buyer. The seller side of the transaction is what the current RE market is based on, with the buyer being at the mercy of the Realtor.
