I have a buddy who does work in Northumberland. Spoiled with his pretty little public records.....pictures, sketch, tax card.....all free online....

I need to call him, wonder if he tested yet...

Blair, Centre, Huntingdon, Bedford, Clearfield and Cambria Counties.

Not Northumberland, they are still in the stone ages. must be another county.

Hey, I think this is a great idea. I wanted to take it a step further. I will compile a list of those interested in being part of he network, their contact info and coverages areas...and will make sure everyone gets a copy.

If you are interested, please send me your contact info (Name, Company, Address, Phone, Fax, Email, Website, FHA (yes or no) and counties covered.

Thanks,

Mike

I have been looking to do this for a while. I am watching my clients scratching their heads looking for someone in areas I don't cover. Last night one client called me to do a property in Northampton County. I don't know anyone up there to recommend to split the fee with. But I will only recommend those who have high ethics and quality reports. I hold myself to a high standard. I have a partner like this in NJ that we do fee splits back and forth. It has been working great for over a year now.

You may have to play around to find an address. Plat map, sketch, photos and more. I live in the 50's here and surrounded by rotary phones.

Anyone handle Monroe County ? Bartonsville, PA 18321 if you do send me a PM.

My firm covers Monroe County. If we can't take care of it I know some experienced appraisers from that zip code that you could pass it on to.

Please PM if you still haven't found anyone.
