Credit Card delinquencies up

Normally my local clients push fast payment end of year. Noticed that is not the case this year

Spoke too soon....all payments hit the bank just now

I heard this morning some lenders have had to write off like 46 billion on credit card debt. I think that is across the USA and different lenders.

46 billion is a bunch of money. That may just be the beginning.

Pump up the waivers.

Just like invoicing. Never had 1 write off when i did cad, cash at door.

The cost of living, inflation, is the root of all evil.

Is it just Fernando? When busy years ago, I forgot to deposit some checks.
Found some old checks. Can I deposit the checks over 20 years ago?

I am holding several checks right now. Wife wants me to hold them til tomorrow. Tax purposes.

I have a few that owe me money. I will wish them a happy new year with interest tacked on my invoice.

My invoice says $0.83% per month over 30 days.

My tenant is late this month with rent.
To be nice, I texted her Happy New Year. Giving hint to her late obligation.
And if she pays tomorrow, I can use that for tax purposes.
