Can anyone tell me what criteria AMCs are using when choosing which appraiser receives the order? Is it by town or zip code? Thanks.

We all need to stop whining and get involved. Try joining your local appraiser coalition and make change happen. If we all sit around here being jerks to each other and not unify as a professional group of fee appraisers we will continue to go down this road.

I don't see why this forum is filled with so many attacks on fellow appraisers. Seems like each thread is filled with an angry comments.
