Can I just post pics of my old 1880 farm house and let you guys critique it? As in, "change this to this on picture 3" or "why do that, do this instead".

I've never bought a house and it looks like FHA is the only option I have.

Residential real estate markets are local. No matter how great we may be, most of us have probably never been within 10 miles of the location. How are we supposed to know what repairs, improvements, renovations would be right in your area?
