Hi all,

can you please help me out with the research I'm doing on property data vendors in Florida?

I'm most interested in finding you whether you use a paid source of data information & comps or public websites.

Thanks in advance.

Subscription services:

MyFlorida Regional Multiple Listing Service (this service includes IMAAP, a tax roll service)

RealQuest - a CoreLogic product

All I use is County MLS and County Property Appraisers Office database. But, I only work 1 county, and data from the county is very good.

99% of the time I use MLS sales as comps. The other stuff fills in the data gaps missing from what the Realtor adds. I can't afford any more services if that is what you want to know. Never use AVMs or BPOs as a source.

Almost every county property appraiser's website now has a sales search function. Any service would most likely be using the same data for for a fee instead of free. If you could match what I pay for the data straight from the PA's website I might consider it.
