Just read the new Fannie Mae Manufactured Housing Announcement 03-06.

When can we expect the new appraisal addendum 1004c????

Mike, we're scheduling the release of the new addendum (form 1004C) for the 16th of June, a week from Monday. That should provide plenty of time since it'll only be required as a standard exhibit to the URAR for all manufactured home mortgage applications taken on or after August 24.

Just FYI, don't forget that I have 150 highly competent people who work for me and then can indeed answer questions... ;-)

I was on vacation last week with my kids, and will be gone all of July as well, so I won't be on here as much as I have been. Others will monitor the forum, but more importantly, all you have to do is ask us directly (not just me, but just call our sales lines).

Enjoy those kids Dave. My oldest just turned 38 yesterday and can retire from the Air Force in February.

Time does have a way of going by.

Thanks Richard. Time sure does have a way of moving on and kids have a habit of growing up fast. Mine are 13 and 11, and I vowed eight years ago that whenever I set aside time to be with them, I wouldn't let work get in the way. That's why when we leave town, the laptop only gets used for playing DVD movies and the cell phone gets turned off. It's amazing too -- everything magically gets handled without me... ;-)

Today's update on Alamode included the 1004C. Everybody that does not do the automatic updates should get their updates up-to-date so they can check out the new form.
