Scott- you better drop your AI membership because that's exactly what the AI is doing with their AIRD project. They're selling appraisal data to lenders and AMC's- all supported by AI members and their dues. I agree- I don't pay fees to anyone who competes with me.

I'm a Day One user as well and was equally livid over their banner being put on my work product. To get rid of the banner go:My computer/C drive/NOVA/FORMS and delete "pbbw" file. This will remove the banner from the reports. :twisted:

Most of the time people don't read the reports at all, they just look at the value estimate. Reviewers tell us that they read the reports but we all know that reviewers don't know how to read. Since they don't read the report why worry about a small tag line?

Mark was right, this works. BUT I took it one step futher. I took that file and replaced it will my own graphic. Now it prints out my web site address on it. :lol:
