Can you transfer a completed old 2055 to a new 1004, moving all info, sales etc. over to a new form?
Not sure how to do it, mentor is no help....he typed up the report on the wrong form.....

Many thanks!

Open up your completed 2055 appraisal.

Click on File

Click on save as

Enter new order number

Change form type to Fannie Mae 1004-(03/2005)

Click OK

Or copy report-click on Import/Export, click on copy report, choose Nova forms, choose Fannie Mae form 2055 9-96 for your original, then choose Fannie Mae form 1004 3/2005 for your new report, find your file then copy to a new file number. You won't be able to use the same file number. What I have done in similar cases is change one digit--for example old file number 08053256, new file number would be 8053256.

Thank you very much. I knew I could count on the forum for support!
