DC License Renewal

I tried last month, no go. I did get a response from my email to them, they said it was a mistake on their website and they are working on it.
 
Here is their response dated 12/21/2021

"Good Morning
I do apologize for this inconvenience currently the function to renew your appraisers license is not available. We are aware of the problem and our team is working on our site to fix the error . We are expecting the issue to be fixed in the next week or two . You will not be penalized. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience .

Nothing to fear and sleeping well with the DC Gov working on it.
 
They didn't even bother to reply me. Emailed DCRA and Leon Lewis.
 
Heads up, the site is now ready for appraiser licensing renewal.
 
I submitted my CE about a week ago.

Happy days are here again.

Today was the response via email:

Thank you for applying online to renew your Real Estate Appraiser license—your license renewal has been approved.

To view and print your license, please login to the Occupational and Professional Licensing System, then click on Profile, then My Licenses.
