It'll be interesting to see what the RNC's take on housing, Realtors, and valuation will be.

Will they keep PAVE and continue to beat the drums of appraisal bias like the DNC? Or, will they deem it unconstitutional and scrap it. Or....will the DOGEers (Musk & Wami-Bami) eliminate the need for boots on appraisers altogether? Eliminating TAF, ASB, AQB....... after all, they are techies.

Doubt its high on his agenda if at all, but getting rid of PAVE and the nonsense from the Democrats is a start.

If we are to take them at their word then I think they're more likely to want to withdraw the safety net (and let these companies take the loss on their head) than to grow the level of regulation and enforcement. But, perhaps they don't mean what they say.
