Just so you understand, this does not alleviate you from full responsibility for the report that you signed.MAI who signed off on it, so he accepted full responsibility for it.
I can appreciate this and understand your concerns. There are steps that you can take but I would not do anything without advice of counsel. After all it is your license and neither your E&O company or even your employer necessarily will have Your best interests in mind at all times.have never been in a situation like this.
