if USPAP changes or doesn't...the requirement to take it every two years is the same...are you ever gonna troll your crn buddies  :ROFLMAO:
That requirement is at the licensing level. Cutting USPAP CE out of that requirement wouldn't alter the number of hours, because that's a separate issue. So you'll still be taking the same number of hours. And probably paying for those hours, too.

Life is hard, man. Get a helmet.

i had an USPAP instructor try to withhold my certificate because i came back 10 minutes late from lunch break...that didnt work out well for her :ROFLMAO:

In my state I signed for 90% attendance for the hours. You being in session for 10min less then the 7hrs wouldn't be enough to deny the cert. Unless that state breaks it down to 90% for each hour instead of 90% of the total. (my state doesn't work that way). The course already includes (2) 10min breaks so that's already almost 5% of the total number of hours for that course.

I absolutely did turn course participants away who were 25 or 30 minutes late in showing up. Refunded their money and sent them on their way. I'm not conspiring with them to cheat the state.

The instructors have to read the instructions, too.

why should i care about their copyrights...USPAP is useless :ROFLMAO:

It's one of the terms and conditions for holding the cert. I don't recall, but it might possibly have been a condition for taking the course, too.

TAF has no constitutional authority to write squat that has any force of law... :ROFLMAO:

This is the correct answer to one of the questions which may/may not be on the test for the Instructor's Cert. If you wanted to pass the test it would work against you if you got this answer incorrect.
"Authorized by Congress as the Source of Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications."

Whatever govt does with those standards after that is on the govt. That seems to be where lie your grievances.

TAF doesn't dictate terms to Congress. What Congress has legislated into being they can legislate out on the same basis.

Why do you hate the Legislature so much?
