Installed the program today on a computer running Windows 2000 Professional. After printing 2 maps the computer began crashing and has continued to do so continuously even after deleting the program.

My computer guru who builds and services computers for a living says the problem is in the software and recommends reformatting the drive.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution? Or is Sunday morning going to be a 3 hour waste of time!

You can either leave me a message here, email me at primeappraisal@aol.com send me a fax at 732-636-7453. If you leave me a phone number I will return the call. Or you can call me at 732-636-7474.

I would use the restore feature available in Win2000 or call MS for the fee based tech service. For $30 they can walk you though a host of possible solutions. Also call the software tech support and get a copy of their manual uninstall instructions.

The problem was not with the program but with a loose connection.

The 3d Topo Quad program works great and was well worth its cost. It lets you profile the topography while getting a 3d view of a map section.
