Since the Denver MLS is phasing out MyMLS and Hyper Terminal over the next few months has anyone used MetroList PrimeAccess? What do you think?

IMHO, it is geared to the real estate broker and leaves a lot to be desired from the appraiser aspect. Whole different format to learn and more pages to print to get to the information needed. The listing history is very hard to decipher.

What reports do you print or use?

If you are not familar with PrimeAccess the 15th of every month is free for members.

Let MetroList know what you think and maybe we can have some changes made to assist the appraiser. Any interest in forming an Appraiser commitee to address any PrimeAccess concerns?

Wow! I did not know! Thank you. I still prefer Hyper-T. This is disturbing to say the least!!!

I too have found there are some features that are not in PrimeAccess that were in MyMLS. I usually just send a e-mail response noting the item and that it would be helpful for appraisers. I also will sometimes use hyper dial up to do market research for a very defined area. Don't know if it would help but I would be willing to try and help put together some kind of commitee. There used to be a appraisal commitee that was associated with CAR back in the late 1990's of which I was member. I started work with a corporation and let it go and have never followed up. Maybe it is still in place. You can contact me if you want 303-274-8702 s.w.johnson@comcast.net

Thanks, Stan, I looked for a site that explains using PrimeAccess. E.g, is there a CMA function? Is there anything that would walk us thru it? (You know, a "manual" ??)

Rumors of HT death . not yet

From MLS tech support:

"Recently, Metrolist has decided to postpone retirement plans for the Legacy system (aka Hyper-terminal, dial-up) and MyMLS . We realize how important it is to continue delivering MLS services that our customers need for their business."
Choice is good!!!:clapping:

Can someone give me the link to the Denver MLS? I would like to do some searches for active listings myself. Thanks and Cheers.
