Certified, Designated (SRA) Appraiser Offering Virtual Assistance – Data Entry
I am a certified residential appraiser (with SRA designation) in PA and DE with over 10-years experience.
I am offering my services as an assistant / typist / form-filler of whatever you want to call it.
Due to family obligations and my return to school for an MBA, I am not able to work out in the field for the time being.
I use TOTAL2013
Send me your data and template if you have one and you get the complete report within your desired time frame.
My rate is probably more than those off-shore services such as ieIMPACT or whatever else may be out there, but you get the following values added:
• Data entry completed by a U.S. based, certified, AI designated appraiser.
• Someone who can spot issues the client (you) may have missed.
• A person to bounce ideas off of for those unique situations.
• My number for instant access.
• Pay arrangement most convenient for you: daily / weekly / monthly
Please note – you are the expert in your market. I will not comment on your local market conditions or derive your adjustments as they are your conclusions specific to your market that I do not have data access for.
Depending on your location, I can use maps to enter neighborhood boundaries which you verify.
