Different types of appraisal Reports

and pick up someone at the airport BUT, and I am not 100% sure on this, the report itself only has to be labeled COMPLETE or LIMITED. I myself label the reports - "Summary Appraisal Report - Complete Appraisal".
 
Ryan, here is what appears at the top of my 1004, 2055, 1025, and 1073 forms.
COMPLETE APPRAISAL - SUMMARY REPORT or LIMITED APPRAISAL - SUMMARY REPORT.

This is because these forms are summary reports (restricted reports are not acceptable to FNMA and these are FNMA forms) there can only be two choices in my opinion.
