So you moderate your own posts as to who can respond based on their political ideologies or opinions that trigger your feelings ?

In my opinion that's bull**** and you may belong over on BlueSky or Tic Toc type platforms you have no ability to tell others what they can or can't say you haven't earned your stripes yet and are a Private First Class at best.

i disagree, i'm not investing time to fix stupid. Do you enjoy explaining common sense stuff to adults, its frustrating, and stressful.

It sounds like some of our usual suspects ruffled @AppraisingLA123's feathers. I agree, we don't have time to fix stupid. Just put them on Ignore and only unmute if you want a laugh or possible help with a unique appraisal problem.

So... you're going to take on the fact that he says he doesn't want liberals to respond? Rather than the content of the post about AMCs? It doesn't much matter what his preferences about responses are. He has no power to stop anyone from responding. He does have the power to not read those responses.

Podcasts do waste a lot of time, but this podcast is discussing a topic that is about current appraiser issues. i disagree with Marty that AMCs are necessary and they provide a service to the bank. I think they are robbing consumers and appraisers.
I think that we all should write letters to the state board, explaining them in detail and demand they they spit the fees at least.
Every single day i deal with AMCs poor treatment of me. We need to start fighting back, i have suggested a website to document these the owners of these AMCs, its the best idea, and i hope someone does it, i am not that computer savvy.
