You can use form reports, and I think I would. Two retrospective and one current.

Two huge fees and one normal one.
 
I once did one with five approaches on three different dates. The subject was a duplex and the valuation dates were the date of the marrage a date somewhere during the marrage and current. The complicating factor was that the husband wanted values as if the proerty had been converted to condo as well as is. Lots of research was needed and the fee was good, unfortunately it never went to court.
