Do Realtors still develop a CMA?

Well, here's another Realtor who didn't do well chasing listings, calling FSBOS, flattering the homeowner, and pumping myself up. But, I'm much happier now! :D And, remember all those Open Houses, and sitting the model homes? :x

Well, you will hear no REALTOR® bashing from this quarter...cuz I are one! Many do a fine job, others should be hanged! I have several who tell the home owner to call me to do an appraisal for listing purposes...hear it from the horse's mouth...or other end, so to speak.

Our good agents always want to be present when I do my inspection so they can present me with their comps. I usually suggest they save themselves a trip and just fax them to me instead.

Youse guys should consider this...The real estate agent's job is to GET THE LISTING....worry about what it will sell for later. If I had to make a living doing listings (which is the only way to be in the real estate business) I would "outbid" the competition too. Get it on the market and then let the market tell the seller it's "over-priced".
