Do The Avocado Trees Add Value?

All we have here are post oak, hackberry, hickory, and black cherry here on the rancho deluxe. Worst is cedar, as it will spring back on the limbs when cut if not careful. A bud sawed a chunk from his leg over one bouncing back. He was clearing a prairie area that was under Nature Conservancy management when it happened. Cedar are very invasive and he was clearing with a Bobcat for the small ones but had to cut the larger ones with a saw.
 
I wasn't watching close enough while cutting iron wood and the tip of the saw hit some brush and springy little limbs. It raked back across my knuckles. A nice little collection of triangle shaped gouges. Not fun.
