Do you foresee the bachelor degree requirement ever going away

I doubt it fully goes away anytime soon, but I’ve seen experience and production numbers matter way more than a diploma in this industry. If you’re worried, focus on building volume and relationships - that’s what actually keeps you hired.

But it was spot on considering what AMCs and national Firms want; Production, not a Harvard grad.

Okay, I'll agree with that. I'll go further to say the AMC's don't even want the most geographically competent, the most experienced, or the most credentialed appraiser. Making continuing education worthless for GSEs using AMC's for assignments.

I welcomed her to the Forum though :)
