Do you have to sign your appraisal or appraisal review?

I know this isn't exactly what your post was about, but on a review appraisal, USPAP requires the reviewer to identify who did the appraisal under review and if it is in compliance with USPAP. If the appraiser's name is blacked out or some of the addenda, including the certification page, is missing, I state it on the review and make a statement that the appraisal supplied to the reviewer does not comply with USPAP or FNMA requirements.

Thanks for the clarification.

I would turn them in, without hesitation. In Washington, if they are licensed, then they are in trouble. If they are unlicensed, the state has no control over them. Weird.
