Do you ever take short naps being in appraisal profession?

I will say 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Some might say 1 hr to 2 hours. My old boss would take a nap every day after lunch. His was usually about an hour. You knew not mess with him in his nap.

He would close the door and you knew he was in his nap. When he woke up, he would open the door.

Yes because there is not enough appraisal work to keep busy. 30-45 minutes. Its amazing how just that little of down time bit helps.

Yes, after a large meal and after ....hey this is a family show.

When I was in my 20-30s staying up until 2 am, I would take a 10-20 min nap around 2 pm. It was great....recharge.

Now, in my 40s hard to take a nap during the weekdays. I can barely stay up past 9 pm.....

Yeah, if you go too long it counteracts productivity.

I am 77.56164384 years old and often stay up until 4-5:00AM. -- But, then I wake up at 8-10:20 AM. and often take a nap after a longer than usual jog, usually in the late afternoon, but maybe morning or some other time of the day. That means, I guess, I am living a suboptimal lifestyle. But once I get tied up with computer - I might as well keep going as long as I can until I really feel like sleeping.

I constantly check my ECG on my Apple Watch Ultra, and very hard runs get it all upset and I have to take it easy for two days, sometimes. This is the age when you have to start getting cautious about pushing yourself too hard.

So that watch ECG - yes I really need it.

And by the way, it tells me that long naps during the day are NOT good for the heart.

How does you eyes not goo up? That's my main problem. My eyes just give out where I cannot think or read.

With all of that free time.....
