Do you take short naps ?

How does you eyes not goo up? That's my main problem. My eyes just give out where I cannot think or read.

With all of that free time.....

Please develop a software program that uses AI to rate comps for quality and condition and then can be downloaded to a grid for matched pair or grouped paired analysis.

The RCA method I have been using for years, does a very good job of that. But, really, it ranks the comps, even hundreds, or thousands, on the basis of the residual after subtracting the MARS regression estimate of value from the net sale price. Assuming you have a high level regression model, then you are dealing with a "Market Reaction" based score of a home's appeal in the current market - and that is better than any kind of AI analysis of the photographs ---> unless of course it is trained on the RCA CQA score to begin with. The RCA produced ranking is what the appraiser looks at to score the subject -- and that ranking had better present a fairly reasonable pattern in the MLS photos for each comparable vs their position in the ranking, so that it is not difficult to fit the subject somewhere in the ranking by studying the photos.

Now however, with the RCA ranking, you can use ResNet to train a CNN to correctly place the subject is said ranking - and save yourself some time. So, likely the whole RCA process can be automated.

So many jobs are going to be replaced by AI. Really. Is it good or bad? Well, I don't want to have to waste my time doing something that can be done by a machine.

So, in the end, it might just be that many people will just be paid to stay at home, watch TV, play games or ... so many other things like protesting for higher pay to stay home and do "nothing" - or work on solving the declining population problem.

Isn't the declining population the evolutionary response to AI?
If there are fewer jobs, it makes sense to produce fewer people

Who is going to pay us to stay home? America is gutting its government and training citizens to distrust government and accuse any program that helps people as "socialist." So as other nations unroll UI ( universal income ) in response to AI taking jobs, what will happen here in America - people living out of cardboard boxes and scavenging in dumpsters? ( we already have a high population of that) People returning to homesteadings and a barter society?

Humans were smart enough to devise AI, but not smart enough, it seems to plan for a future that incropratres it - including deciding when not to use it and use himan intelligence and human labor instead for mutual shared goals of maintaining our species as we know it .

You highjacking my thread on naps. Have you ever heard of garbage in garbage out in a very heterogeneous market??????? You need to take a nap.

I take a nap on occasion but don't really like it - I sleep better at night when there is no nap!
Dogs and cats are the kings and queens of napping.

Well, it does help sometimes just to release stress. If you do it too long, it messes with your time clock in your brain. Your brain is most sophisticated and intelligent computer ever made.

Okay JGrant. You pushed my buttons girl. How many hours of sleep do you get in a 24 hour period?

FYI:

The brain:

Literally there are things that artificial intelligence cannot explain what the human brain does. The human brain is way above artificial intelligence.

Same way in a very heterogenous market related to real property rights. Constantly changing.

My brain likes short naps sometimes.

I'll expand for you J Grant. Many people can get by on 5 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period. I cannot do that.

My brain is not wired that way.

Many people have a hard time sleeping. I don't have that problem. My brain is not wired that way.

If your brain says take a break and get a nap, then do it.

I really can't imagine the agony of a person where their brain would not let them sleep. That would be horrible to my brain.
