Does anyone here use Realquest Pro as a data source and about how much does it cost?

We use it in my office and I find it to be very useful.

I don't pay the bills, but I would also be interested in the cost.

I used to use it. It was good, but more expensive than what I'm using now. There are too many variables in their pricing structure to tell you what it will cost, but I do remember I was able to negotiate them down to a lower price with more coverage then they initially told me.

In Ohio

I think they offer a state wide deal for $250 a month plus tax. In populated counties, it is good . . . in low population counties it isn't.

They use public record sales data. It's only as valid as the data. It's a good source where the state is a full-disclosure state. Useless in a non-disclosure state.

I pay $150 per month for 3 counties I get the PLAT maps too
I have been with them 8 yrs

This is about what I was paying when I stopped using them 3 years ago. Now, I use Realist.com (another brand of FA) which is bundled free with the MLS for about $30/month (including the MLS).

Realist and Realquest are basically the same. They both pull data from the same database but Realist doesn't have all the bells and whistles. I was paying for all of Ohio (package was cheaper than doing half a dozen counties) with Realquest at about $250 a month. The new version of Realist made me cancel my subscription a few months ago.

I use RealQuest for the entire State of California. I pay $200/mo. It includes plat maps, flood & street/aerial maps.
