Does anyone here use Realquest Pro?

I'm not a fan of RealQuest. I have found in my market area that many of the living area square footages (for subject properties I've inspected) are recorded erroneously, so I can only assume that comp square footages are also recorded erroneously.

The First American sales rep called me a few minutes ago and quoted me the prices for RealQuest Pro.

The prices for one county (NE Ohio) are about $100/month for unlimited reports. They have an appraiser's package that they sell, all counties in Ohio for $125/month. There is a 750 count limit per month for each type of report.

This deal has been in place about a year and is not likely to go away anytime soon.

This package includes property characteristics, aerial maps, plat maps, neighborhood demographics, and etc.
