Wouldn't most windows be where someone would be? Otherwise it would defeat the purpose of a window.

Such minor repairs should not be a problem, but some clients and some appraisers are kinda anal about it.

What caliber bullet will only penetrate 1 pane of glass? I'll give you a hint, either a BB or pellet gun. Hardly a MPR required repair.
