Does FHA have a minimum bedroom count?

The condo is 375 sq ft, the room that will be used as a bedroom has no exterior window or egress so I’m definitely not calling it a bedroom on the report. Have it labeled as 3/0/1 on the grid for now, just wanted to make sure there wasn’t an FHA guideline saying there was a minimum bedroom count.
I have no idea if there is an FHA requirement, but what difference does it make? The property is what it is. We can't change it . If for some reason it fails an FHA test, the lender might suggest to the borrower to go conventional, for example. Or the loan does not get made. Whatever...

Its a studio with a sleeping alcove, I bet there are lots of them. Look at the online photos and you will find them

Part of the FHA appraisal is the statement "subject property meets FHA minimum property guidelines" or if it doesn't meet guidelines I need to outline why it doesn't.

I believe that refers to health and safety rather than room count.

FHA only requires you have adequate space for cooking, living, sanitation and sleeping. Studio apartments fit that description/. the only size requirement is a MH.
