Does FHA Require Shed Roof Repair?

I have a shed on a property with a roof in very bad condition. The shed has no value since it is movable and not realty. Does the roof need to be repaired or inspected for an FHA loan? I can't find anywhere in the 4000.1 handbook that comments on shed roofs, only concerning paint. Can anyone provide details on where this is located in the handbook?

VA stated to me that it must qualify under MPR's if it has contributory value. If not...it might be considered personal property. Your mileage may vary.

Personal property should never have contributory value to the Real Property.

Did you read the prior post I was responding to? Some folks need some pearls of wisdom as they seem not to have a grasp on the differences between Real and Personal property and actually refer to VA as if VA allows personal property to add contributory value.

Any appraiser who does not know the difference between personal and real property should quit. I belive you assume too much when you believe there are appraisers who do not know the difference. I have more respect for appraisers than that.
