Getting a new laptop this weekend and need to re-install Total. Its after hours and the sales guys are gone...Do I need to buy a new license for the laptop or am I entitled to extra downloads with my current membership?

I had Total on my old laptop, which is now kaput completely. So I cant get on that to unregister Total or the Apex sketch program if thats whats necessary.

What am I looking at to need to do to get operational on the new laptop? Thx.

I have the network license, and I have the software on my server, and the clients access it from there. I believe if your going to have it on two machines, you will need another license. If your taking if off of a machine, you probably don't, but sales will be able to answer your quesitons.

If it was legally installed on your old laptop, then you can legally install it on your new laptop. If you call Alamode & explain the situation, they can un-register your copy of Apex. Then you can register it on the new laptop. All this is assuming you're still an Alamone customer.
