Put me in the boat with those that would not perform a Drive By for the purpose you stated; no way, no exceptions. Does your client want a reliable valuation or a valuation with a few pages of CYA and disclaimers?
To me and for this intended use, the form or format is far less important than having sufficient knowledge about the subject with which to make an informed value opinion.

It does not appear as if I can get access at this time. However, I can get the listing agents representations about the interior. I don't see a problem doing this with the Extraordinary Assumption that the condition is as represented.
