I've never had a paved driveway and most of my life I didn't live on a paved road. (unless you call gravel "pavement")

Gettin a little north of your area there joker?

Try to get a good fee on the next one and I will meet you there. I will "drive" the comps on one side of the island, and you can "drive" the other side. Then we meet up at the winery to "compare notes". The wheelhouse would work but it is a bit to loud.

That is WAY north of my area. I've been to PIB once and spent about two hours there. I spent an hour of that at the winery and most of the other hour just looking at property (I think I saw most of it). I'd like to go back sometime and visit the Beer Barrel....are you buying?

That might be possible to arrange, but it might be easier said than done since my wife loves the place and would want to come along which then adds the kids ( 2 1/2 & 9 ) into the mix.



Fun, but likely not what you are looking at as fun.
