Drop in Fed Rate again

As the stock market continues to fall, the Fed is talking about reducing the Fed rate for short term lending. The problem is that no one is expanding and many companies are already in such financial straits that they would have trouble borrowing anyway. I don't see much effect on long term rates except that money will continue to move out of stocks into other investments, including real estate.
 
Yeap gotta agree, I'm seeing land sales go nuts. And it seems that everywhere I turn, someone is axing me about investing in RE saying "when it's gone, they don't make any more".

I jus' say: yeah BUT, if you buy at the top of the market, like stocks......... 8O
