Not much of a report other than the price per foot and effective date of valuation.
Some folks on another forum I read have said they use this 'new' service and claim it's easier than BC-net.
But like my buddy Randolph mentioned, I'd like to see an actual PDF of one of their reports.
I put the BC-net print-out (as a PDF) into my reports, and would want to do the same with DwellingCost.com.
The M&S 1007 form is way too time consuming and complicated, even when using Swift Estimator.....it ain't "swift!"

I use DwellingCost.com Here is a sample report. It really doesn't get much easier. Not much of a report other than the price per foot and effective date of valuation.
Does this account for things like driveway, water hookup (wells), sewer tap (private sanitary-septic), and landscape, for example?I use DwellingCost.com Here is a sample report. It really doesn't get much easier.
Not bad, and the price is right. But two of my local bank clients will not accept that brief of a report for new construction. They want to see a breakdown, a 1007 or something similar, but I haven't found a similar form/service.I use DwellingCost.com Here is a sample report. It really doesn't get much easier.
Will have to give that a try. Have used http://home.costhelper.com/
for costs to cure before.
Building-cost.net is useful for cost approach, or extracting site value, have not tried dwellingcost.
