I got a shock last year when my EOL Carrier informed me that I had to buy Broker's coverage if I do Reviews, "because they are Consulting and not appraisal". I suggest that you check that you do have complete coverage. Also, I have been told by some that a violation of the USPAP voids the coverage. If they mean an intentional violation that is one thing, but if it's inadvertant and still not covered, that is ridiculous. It just pays to make sure that what you want is what you get. Ask questions.
