I am looking at an E & O Insurance quote from Liability Insurance Administrators. They offer optional pollution coverage for environmental concerns. I am wondering if I should get this additional coverage which is very inexpensive. At the same time I would think that if I put a disclaimer in my report stating that I am not licensed as an environmental hazards specialist that I probably do not need this additional coverage.

Do you have E & O Insurance and if so, would you purchase the optional pollution coverage? Please comment.

Dee Ann,
Sounds like something new to me. I do not have that coverage specifically and makes me wonder why it would not be covered in the E&O
policy, after all E&O stands for errors and omissions. Maybe I have had it wrong all this time and it is Errors and Emissions or Emissions and omissions...... uh lets call the whole thing off.
