Can you tell us who the deadbeat is? Obviously a big company, one I don't want to work for. I have used RESSI, no claims so far...is AIG better or less expensive/

The deadbeat is Urban 44 Management, a real estate syndicator in Sacramento, Ca. Not a big company.

I'm a commercial appraiser paying $850 per year for my AIG policy.
