The judge in the prior case stated that there is essentially no difference in transfer of fee interest and the exclusive easement. Its a distinction without a difference, at least according to the judge.

I have a legal easement. Period. The fact that you don't understand the concept involved is no reason for me to find anything for you. OTOH, if you want to cite a case that supports your opinion, have at it.
