Looking for someone to do overflow work. Must be certified, use Alamode/WinTotal and willing to travel to Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia and Lake Counties. Must have E&O, non-compete and independent contractor agreement required. Fee split commensurate with experience. Please e-mail quals and/or references to OrlandoAppraiser @ aol . com (remove spaces).

Sounds mostly like central Florida to me! I'm in Brevard (east Central Florida), and if you have full fee work, I will pay a fair referral fee on a case by case basis, and agree to a specific client non-compete (If I already do not serve that client).

SRA / Cert Gen / 30 years Brevard experience /VA / FHA / USDA / CONV / UAD

Keep me in mind. Some weeks I'm swamped, others I could use an extra job or 2...

Sorry, I have Brevard covered by a stellar guy. Conv, VA, FHA, USDA and UAD is impressive though. Very ahead of the curve. Not sure why with those credentials you don't choose to 'come out' and use your real name.

Because it is more fun to have a pseudonym! I'm not hiding from anyone.. Most people here know who I am anyway. How many Cert Gens could there be in Cocoa Beach?

We have 6 staff appraisers, 4 office staff, including a St. Certified office manager. 2000 sq.ft. class A office space across the street from the ocean. I've been a Broker for 25 years, but have only ever appraised. I'd like to think we are the real thing...

Wow i am impressed. You still have an office.

How much you charge to let me sleep on your office couch, use the microwave and restroom for a week? I hope you surf buddy, you got the location.

Oh come on, Bill -- go finish the commerical demo. Sorry, PC already hooked me up with another 'stellar' Brevard appraiser.

I am making our final preparations to get the heck out of California around March to April and I will be looking for an appraisal footing in Florida... My Daughter has a special needs school in the Tampa area and we are looking forward to helping her with the school and my continuing appraisal business... I am a CA Certified with experience in FHA USDA ERC REO Manufactured of all kinds etc etc... I have applied to the VA but of course that is a tough bid these days... most of my recent work is forensic reviews and bankruptcy appraisals... I realize I have to retake the Fl exam and the national exam... along with some other requirements... I look forward to moving to Florida and hopefully I get some good input from those of you how all ready have FL roots... It's tough all over and I certainly understand that.
