Has anyone advertised on the Ellie Mae Encompass center? and have you received any work from them. Please pm me or post your comments here.
Thanks,

Sorry a scam, 1 1/2 yrs no work from them, they don't call back and the sales person made all kinds of promises. Last person I talked to said the 1st $199 got me on there list and I need to give them another $299 to get noticed. Check prior threads I am sure no one has anything good to say.

I had almost the same experience. I do not recommend them.

One of my clients, way back when, ordered their apprasials through Encompass so I signed up for the free membership. I actually did receive a few other orders through them. COD, no muss, no fuss, no bother. They called a few times and never did convince me to pay them but no regrets on the free listing.

I have had a couple of orders sent through them. The free membership is all I have.

I would not pay to list.

Me too. This is my only experience with them.

we receive orders from a certain bank through that site. Don't think we ever had to pay anything but could be wrong. I would say we get about 3-6 orders a month through there. On the other hand, I don't think anyone else uses that site. Usually one company calls about once every month and says we got you off Ellie Mae site and would like a comp check for this property...you know where the rest goes....straight up something of theirs!

I haven't advertised, but I have a local MB who sends their
requests through Elle Mae. As far as the AMC process is
concerned I think it is more efficient than any other AMC
site. If you have a MB looking for an AMC, suggest it to
them, and is probably more useful than advertising on the
site.
