So another case of this administration putting the cart before the horse. Level 3 chargers operate on the minimum 480V 3 phase power. Not that uncommon for some commercial applications. But not very common in the middle of nowhere. Even if it is available. Most existing locations don't have the extra KW capacity built into their electric services. As well as the provider may not have transformers and other equipment in place to handle the additional KW. The 6 P rule applies to this administration.
