B) My problem is not the empty pool, it's finding a comp with a pool. From about September until the end of May, most pools in my area are covered anyway, and I am not going to lift the cover to see if it is full or empty. That is an intrusive inspection, not a bisual inspection. Besides, my photo will show if it is empty or full. The danger thingee is not a big issue. More people, especially kids, get hurt from full pools than empty ones. Of course this is just my opinion, but heck, I get paid for that opinion everywhere but here
Once had a listing on a house with a big pool. No one would buy it. After many months the pool was filled(with sand), sold the next day. Pools are not a big item in my market, big yards and a safe place to play are.
