a lender/client mean? ...

"Can the appraisal be put through encompass"

we received this message from thr lender/client after sending an appraisal to them as a PDF attachment to an email ... we are not familiar with Encompass, therefore we do not pay for a listing with them or know that we are otherwise listed with them.

Thanks

I get orders through encompass from some lenders that I do work with. It is free. you CAN sign up for a listing (maybe $199/year) and you can get work from other lenders blah blah blah.
But if your client wants it through encompass, you should be able to sign up for free and its simply a site that helps them manage their appraisals, titles etc.

I also have clients that use Encompass. We have not signed up for the pay service, but we regularly deliver reports via this portal.
