I have accepted an Enhanced Desk Reiview.
They want it on Desk Review form 2006 + supplemental addendum used for three gridded comps.
Gridded analysis of three additional comp sales placed on a supplemental addendum.
I have been appraising a short 4 years and never did one of these but thought what the heck might as well, something different and I get to see somebody elses work.
The big question is, I have ACI software, what form(s) do I use from the pick list of ACI for the above mentioned?
