I have spent hours trying different things and when they pull the report thru manually the space next to FEMA maps number is blank, no matter what I put in there. How do I know if it is my software or theirs? Mine shows the original report and the ENV with the word fill in, but it is gone when it arrives on the other end.

I don't use ACI, but in Total, there is an addon that converts the file to the ENV format. If ACI is similar and you create the ENV file, you might try the attached file and convert that back to a pdf and see if the data that goes missing is still there. If it is, this isn't a problem you can solve and is on their end.

FYI - I no longer work for Clear Capital as I had problems with them years ago where they wanted me to write my reports so they could pass through their improperly coded software, regardless of the facts.

I also fired CC decades ago. Every location has a FRIM map number, even if it is not published. Try to find the index map for your county and select D for your Zone which means that the area was mot surveyed by FEMA.

Sounds like it might be a CLONING error (ie if you write your report over an old report, sometimes one or more of the entries from the old report that you have deleted, *magically* reappears when its converted to env format. The solution would be (pain in the arse though it is) to redo the report from a template rather than to over-write an existing report. In my case (because yes, of course I "clone" my reports) it sometimes happens on photo page comments - in which case I remove that photo page, insert a blank one, then re-insert the photos in the new, previously unsused, page.

But this is happening on p1 of the 1004, if I understand you correctly. That problem I have not had yet. Good luck.
